These terms apply when you use Live Picks MMA, subscribe to premium access, read free content, or receive alerts.
1. What Live Picks Provides
Live Picks provides independent MMA analysis, commentary and fight-night reads for UFC head-to-head markets. We do not operate a sportsbook, accept wagers, place wagers for customers, or guarantee outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to access wagering-related content in your location. If gambling is restricted where you live, do not use Live Picks for betting decisions.
3. Subscriptions
Premium access is billed by Stripe on the plan shown at checkout. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for managing your subscription before the next renewal date.
4. No Guarantees
All content is informational. Past performance does not predict future results. Betting involves risk, and you can lose money.
5. Account Access
We may suspend or remove access if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, the service is misused, or we are required to do so by law or platform rules.
6. Intellectual Property
Live Picks content, copy, layouts and analysis are owned by Live Picks unless stated otherwise. You may not resell, scrape, copy or redistribute premium content without permission.
