Information We Collect
We collect information you submit, including email address, password credentials handled through Supabase, newsletter signup source, account requests, and support messages.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may provide us subscription IDs, customer IDs, payment status, billing status and renewal dates.
Push Notifications
If you enable push alerts, we store the browser push subscription needed to send lock notifications to that device. You can disable notifications in your browser or device settings.
How We Use Data
We use data to provide premium access, send newsletter or lock alerts, manage billing status, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain service security.
Service Providers
Live Picks uses providers such as Stripe, Supabase, Resend and Vercel to operate payments, accounts, email, hosting and data storage.
Your Choices
You can request account help, email updates, correction or deletion by contacting support@livepicks.app. Some records may be retained where required for billing, legal or security purposes.
